RevenueAutopilot ("we", "us", "our") provides the AI Growth Audit for UK service businesses via revenueautopilot.co.uk. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English — the same way we write everything else.

The short version: we collect only what we need to produce your audit report and run the service. We don't sell your data, we don't share it beyond the providers needed to deliver the service, and everything you tell us on your audit call is used solely to produce your report.

1. Who we are

RevenueAutopilot is operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY — e.g. "RevenueAutopilot Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. XXXXXXXX" or "Bruce Watson trading as RevenueAutopilot"]. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything privacy-related at admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk.

2. What we collect

3. How we use your information

What you share on your audit call is used solely to produce your report. We don't share it, sell it, publish it, or use it to market to anyone.

4. AI processing

Producing your report involves AI tools: a voice agent conducts your audit call, and AI-assisted analysis is applied to the transcript under our commercial framework. These providers process your data on our behalf to deliver the service. We do not permit your information to be used to train publicly available AI models.

5. Legal bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on: contract (to deliver the audit you've purchased), legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve the service), and consent where required (for example, if we ever ask to use your feedback as a testimonial — always with your explicit agreement first).

6. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run RevenueAutopilot: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and form handling (Netlify), scheduling and call/AI processing providers, and email. Each acts under contractual obligations to protect your data. We never sell personal information, and we don't share your business information with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to produce and support your report, then deleted within 12 months. Order and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk — we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic request data (such as your IP address) when serving them. If you complete a purchase, Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages under its own privacy policy.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk.
