Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These terms apply when you purchase or use the RevenueAutopilot AI Growth Audit through revenueautopilot.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk.
1. Who you're dealing with
RevenueAutopilot is operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY — e.g. "RevenueAutopilot Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. XXXXXXXX" or "Bruce Watson trading as RevenueAutopilot"] ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or business purchasing the audit.
2. What the service is
The AI Growth Audit is a paid, one-off advisory report. It includes a 25-minute voice audit call conducted by our AI audit agent, analysis of what you tell us against our commercial framework, and a personalised written report containing your Business Snapshot, Top Three Pressure Points, 6–8 prioritised recommendations, and a First 90 Days action plan.
The service is designed for trading UK service businesses. It is not a regulated professional service and does not include implementation.
3. Ordering and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order, processed securely by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices may change (for example, when introductory pricing ends), but changes never affect an order you've already placed. After payment you'll receive a link to schedule your audit call.
4. Delivery
Your report is delivered by email within 48 hours of your completed audit call. If we ever can't meet that, we'll tell you promptly and give you a new delivery time or, if you prefer, a full refund.
5. Money-back guarantee and refunds
To claim, email admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your report. Refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time before your audit call has taken place. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
6. What we need from you
The quality of your report depends on the quality of your input. You agree to provide honest, reasonably complete information about your business on the audit call, and to confirm you're authorised to share it. If key information turns out to be materially inaccurate, recommendations built on it may not fit — that's not a fault in the service.
7. Nature of the recommendations
Your report contains commercial guidance and suggestions, including third-party AI tools that may help your business. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and no outcome or level of revenue improvement is guaranteed — results depend on your business and your implementation. Third-party tools we suggest are operated under their own terms and pricing, which you should review before adopting them; we're not responsible for their performance and, unless we say otherwise, we have no commercial relationship with them.
8. Your report and intellectual property
Your report is yours to use freely within your business. Our audit framework, methodology, website content and branding remain ours. You may not resell the report or the service, or use either to build a competing product.
9. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share on your audit call as confidential and use it solely to produce your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under English law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions you take based on the report.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
12. Contact
Questions, refunds, complaints: admin@revenueautopilot.co.uk or via our contact form.
